As the Great Resignation gives way to the Great Return, 4.2% of employees returned to a former employer, per Bloomberg. That story lists culture, stability, and colleagues among the reasons team members return. Employee rating site Comparably.com announced Karsun Solutions CEO Sundar Vaidyanathan was among the Top 100 small and medium sized business leaders named to its 2022 Best CEOs for Diversity list. The ranking which is based on reviews from BIPOC employees comes as Comparably also featured Karsun for growth and flexibility throughout the pandemic.
