Embracing the conference’s Synergy Now theme Karsun’s Vaidyanathan is scheduled to appear at the Procurement Opportunity Center on May 27th at 10:45 AM. This session will cover how information technology contractors are preparing themselves to respond to ongoing and future procurement solutions including GSA 8(a) STARS III and the Polaris Small Business GWAC. In the panel Vaidyanathan will share his experience in federal contracting, graduating the company out of the small business category and forming joint venture 8(a) mentor-protege small businesses. Companies selected for the annual Fast 100 program consist of the fastest-growing Asian-American owned businesses. USPAACC named the awardees at its annual CelebrASIAN conference. This multi-day virtual event included webinars from October through December, culminating with its 35th Anniversary Jade Jubilee.
The enterprise modernization company continued its growth throughout 2020. In the first half of the year, it announced the General Services Administration (GSA) awarded it a spot on the Enterprise Data Information Management (EDIM) contract. In June it announced it was awarded the GSA Enhanced Checkout (GECO) contract as part of the COMET blanket purchase agreement (BPA). Later, also under the COMET contract vehicle, it announced it won a contract from GSA to modernize the Advance Fleet Platform (AFP). The new work adds over $100 million to its pipeline.
