Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience driving strategic growth, federal market expansion, technology modernization, and mission-focused delivery across both civilian and commercial sectors. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing technical delivery teams, shaped multi-billion-dollar opportunities, and helped organizations grow their footprint in highly competitive markets.
Most recently, Andrew served as Senior Vice President and Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he formed and led a strategic technology investment and growth function supporting a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of Mission Systems opportunities. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Science Applications International Corp., where he developed the company’s IT services business at the Department of Commerce and led complex programs for organizations including the USPTO, SEC, and GSA.
Andrew’s background reflects a deep commitment to innovation, delivery excellence, and mission impact. His experience includes advancing cloud, software development, artificial intelligence, and modernization capabilities; securing large-scale contracts; and building enduring customer relationships grounded in trust and results. He is also recognized for his leadership in organizational change, market entry strategy, solution architecture, and the development of technology investments that improve mission outcomes.
