Susie Collier is the Chief People Officer for Karsun Solutions. In this role, she partners closely with Karsun’s senior leadership teams to align the company’s Human Resources initiatives in support of organizational goals and objectives. Susie’s data-driven and collaborative approach allows her to lead change management efforts as they relate to operational efficiencies and effectiveness while ensuring scalability of the HR organization for growth.

She is responsible for the strategic direction of all human capital functions, with an emphasis on employee and leadership development, talent and management initiatives, and strategies to build a sense of community for our remote workforce. She has previously held a multitude of HR and operational leadership roles at small and large federal government contractors. She holds a BS in Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
