Shaunak Ashtaputre leads the Data and Analytics Growth and Capabilities at Karsun. Shaunak is an accomplished Data and Solutions Architect, with over 25 years of experience in developing and delivering solutions to modernize enterprise data platforms helping customers maximize the value of their data. He collaborates and supports the programs and portfolios across agencies to deliver data innovation and solutions, advisory services and architecture and best practices for customer success.

An ACT-IAC 2019 Fellow, Shaunak holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems and has international experience in leading BI and Data practices. He brings sharp focus and drive in enhancing capabilities and creating innovative solutions for business analytics, machine learning and AI.  

When not at work, he can be found riding his motorcycle down the backroads in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. A native of India, Shaunak has lived and worked in Thailand, and Indonesia, before moving to the US. He speaks fluent English, Hindi, Marathi, and Thai. He lives with his wife in Northern Virginia, and they have family in India, Thailand, and Australia.
