Mahesh Kattalai is a transformational leader with a focus on technology modernization and program management. He leads and delivers an enterprise wide portfolio of program modernization for the DOT FAA. He brings 26 years of experience in Federal and Commercial sectors including the GSA and DHS US Citizenship and Immigration Services supporting program, delivery and operations.

Prior to joining Karsun, Mahesh held leadership positions in the IT arm of the FLSmidth group of companies managing distributed cross functional and technical international teams. He spearheaded multiple international IT sides of the merger and acquisitions conducting onsite assessments. These covers global organizations with complex and wide ranging implementations of custom developed solutions, commercial off the shelf systems, network and infrastructure. He has designed, developed and delivered end-to-end enterprise resource planning and integration solutions for engineering and manufacturing domains.

Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Master’s degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
