Lena Hederstrom is a Director at Karsun responsible for customer success and solution delivery across several diverse technical teams. Since joining Karsun in 2018, she has been supporting the FAA program, focusing on sustainment and modernization of data integration and security platforms, serving tens of thousands of users daily.

As an expert Technical Program Manager/Director, Lena has delivered tens of business and technology transformation initiatives across public and private sectors. Her recent customers include Veteran Affairs, Department of Labor, and Virginia Department of Transportation. She is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions, process improvement, and building highly collaborative teams.

Lena is a Virginia Tech graduate, with MS in Statistics and MS in Aerospace Engineering.
