Juan Robles leads Karsun’s capture and proposals organization. He provides strategic direction for achieving corporate near-term and long-term growth objectives and provides hands-on leadership for executing opportunity-specific growth plans. He previously served as a Federal BD Manager at VIP, Unisys, Harris, and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Juan was a member of the 2017 American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Voyagers leadership development program and served as Industry Vice Chair in 2020. He was the Treasurer of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) Bethesda board of officers and received the 2015-2016 Distinguished Service Award. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in management from George Mason University and an M.B.A. in corporate finance from Virginia Tech.
