Jeff Kramer leads delivery and growth efforts for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) portfolio. He brings over 30 years of experience in delivering solutions across the federal government with a specific focus on serving in key roles on some of the largest mission critical system modernization efforts in the federal civilian space. His experience spans beyond DHS to also include DOJ, State, Transportation, Commerce, and Treasury. Jeff previously held leadership positions at several large and small companies, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Reed Tech, Unisys Federal, and Tangible Cybersecurity. He is a Fellow in the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council Partners Program. Jeff has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Western Carolina University, and maintains several professional certifications including PMP, ITIL and CSM.
