Barbara Eberhard
Barbara Eberhard manages the proposal development team. To achieve growth, she ensures proposal teams have the tools and resources they need and instills best practices. She has managed proposal operations for 20 years at large, small, and mid-tier companies, including Avantus and Northrop Grumman.
Barbara has a B.A. and M.A. in English, and earned an Executive MBA. In addition to her Association of Proposal Management Professionals Foundation certification (APMP CF), she also has Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications and has been trained in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices.
