Art Gaisin leads delivery for Karsun’s FEMA program and supports delivery and growth for its DHS Portfolio. He brings over 21 years of experience delivering IT Solutions and over 12 years managing programs across Government agencies including DHS, Treasury, State Department, and DOJ. Prior to joining Karsun, Art has held leadership positions at large and small firms including Octo Consulting, Acuity Inc, Unisys and BearingPoint. Art holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland Baltimore County, and holds professional certifications including PMI PMP, PMI RMP, PMI ACP, SAFe, CSM, ITIL, AWS CCP.
