Do I have to interview in person?
No, Karsun Solutions is a remote-flexible organization. Many of our hiring managers and talent team members work remote or hybrid schedules. The majority of our interviews are conducted through virtual video conferencing.

What’s Karsun’s interview process and how do I get started?
This is a multi-step process: There is an Online Application; Discussion with Talent Team; and a phone or video interview. There may also be an Online Technical assessment.

How can I submit applicants to you?

Unsolicited Resume Policy:
Karsun Solutions, LLC (“Karsun”) has an internal recruiting department. Karsun may supplement that internal capability from time to time with assistance from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”). Agencies are hereby specifically NOT to contact Karsun employees directly in an attempt to present candidates.
Unless an Agency is under an active contract with Karsun, we will not pay a fee for resumes received through any method including, but not limited to, those received through Karsun.com/careers, KarsunCareers.com, or sent directly to any Karsun employee. Karsun will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees. This also includes partial resumes, candidate profiles, and candidate details or information.
Without a fully executed vendor agreement with Karsun, no fee will be paid for a search, candidate referral or submittal. Verbal or written commitments are not considered binding. The agreement must be signed and dated prior to the date of resume submission and all submissions must be made directly through Karsun’s vendor portal in response to a specific job opening. In addition, Karsun will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with Karsun Talent Acquisition Director.

What is the location for these jobs?
The location of the job will depend on the job. The location is mentioned next to the job requirement. Most of our positions are remote but team members have the flexibility to work in our Herndon, Virginia office if they are located in the Washington, D.C. metro area. We also have teams that may support customers onsite in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma region.
