Jay Kondapalli spearheads General Services Administration (GSA) Information Technology (IT) engagement, providing technical strategy and overall delivery for multiple application portfolios. He modernizes and streamlines the portfolio, providing cloud solutions, software development services (agile, DevSecOps practices, and microservices) and leading teams that support large IT transformation efforts. He previously held leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Unisys Corporation, supporting delivery and operations for complex GSA Federal Acquisition Service applications. He was involved in the Acquisition Process Improvement and IT Alignment Project that maximized the effectiveness of GSA’s acquisition offerings to help its customers. Jay is a graduate of the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council  Partners Program. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
