Jeff Cohen leads all aspects of Karsun’s corporate proposal development process including the people, processes, tools, quality control and standardization. He is a senior leader in the Growth organization, assisting with developing growth strategies to meet strategic objectives and ensuring the proposal development process effectively and efficiently integrates into larger corporate processes. He has ten years of experience leading proposal teams and over fifteen years of experience in proposal development, primarily as a proposal manager. He previously led proposal teams at Peraton, MetroStar, Serco and Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB).

Jeff is both APMP-certified at the Practitioner level and PMP certified. He is a Shipley-certified Business Development Professional with training in: Managing Federal Proposals, Writing Federals Proposals, Foundations of Proposal Development, Winning the Cost Volume, Pricing to Win, Capturing Federal Business, and Decision Gates and Reviews. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master’s of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a retired Air Force Colonel having served globally at all levels including squadron/wing, Headquarters Air Force in the Pentagon, the Joint Staff, Headquarters Air Force Europe, Headquarters US Strategic Command, and Joint Task Force headquarters in Germany, Saudi Arabia and Qatar during combat operations.
