Hari Vijay (Vijay) joined Karsun in 2021 and leads the Lean Practice, focused on bringing innovations to how we manage people and processes. He brings 28 years of experience in the Federal and Commercial sectors and has held leadership positions at Blackstone Technology Group, Hewlett Packard and Thomson Reuters among others. Vijay brings wide-ranging expertise in strategy, technology innovation, growth and delivery, applying a people-centric and data-driven approach towards achieving long term success. He has professional certifications in program management, agile development and data management. He holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Madras.
